Facial Cleanser- Massage a small amount on the face with wet hands. Rinse thoroughly with water and gently pat dry. Use it twice a day (AM & PM).

Shampoo: Take an adequate amount on your palm and apply it to wet hair. Gently massage the scalp moving down to the ends, lathering it up. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
